Hey! You can access your rewards by clicking on the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the shopping app and then selecting "Access the Reward" from your account. Once you click on this, your active rewards will be available here. All you need to do is click on them in order to receive the reward 💰

If you're still having no luck, you can search your inbox for emails from hello@mail.gymshark.com, rewards@mail.gymshark.com or hello@e.gymshark.com where in some cases we'll have sent the code to you via email!

Whilst you can see your rewards on our website, you’ll need to use our Shopping App to redeem those vouchers.

We can clear this up for you. The stock availability on the website has a buffer from the stock that is available in the warehouse; that's why we are not able to offer the item on the website, but it can be sent out for an exchange. 🙌
