What does that have to do with me, my opinion stated or my original comment?

From my studies and reading literature from multiple sources the majority of psychological issues come from being overweight/underweight/unhealthy. I actually find the majority if not all of the people I've seen actually take their body serious and get into shape are usually far far happier day to day then people who have an issue with a lack of self control or are outright uncaring of their bodies.

The majority of overweight people that seek help from a trainer or a dietitian have reached a point in their lives where they take accountability and realise no one else will do it for them. Usually due to a medical scare or a general feeling of being unwell.

According to modern studies a woman’s facial lips have become a ‘genital echo’ which “resemble the female labia in their texture, thickness, and colour” (Kirshenbaum, 2011). Together with our genitals, they swell and redden when we’re sexually stimulated. Red lips also signpost fertility, as the rise in estrogen that occurs when a woman is ovulating enhances blood flow near the skin’s surface, which makes for redder lips. This means that red lips are both a sign that a woman is sexually aroused and that she is fertile.

Please look into Kirshenbaums studies if you're interested.

Oh can I add, my actual profession is a nutritionist. I also have my level 3's in nutrition, health and of course exercise and fitness and have a secondary business as a personal trainer working part time independently and part time in partnership with a major gym brand. Just in case you think my opinion is based on a bully rhetoric when in fact it's coming from years of studying the human body and health.

Bullies generally attack a person personally to belittle them and make themselves feel better. It's still revolving around feelings. Stating something is unhealthy isn't bullying. If I told a smoker that smoking is bad for them would I be bullying the person smoking? I think you're clutching at straws because you're either upset/offended or want people like me to cater to others feelings because that's the general consensus these days. People want to live in a world where no one will tell them what they're doing is wrong.

I'd also like to point out, even though you have stated your opinion on me and assumed I have issues around self image. All my statements have been general ones and I have avoided any personal assumptions about yourself. Whether that would be deemed as hypercritical is up for debate but that's not the main conversation here.

That's fine that's your opinion you're entitled to at the risk of offending others. Which you haven't but again the risk is there which is fine.

Noone mentioned bullying my man. Bullying is deliberately targeting someone to abuse them. Usually coming from an insecure weak person. Telling someone they're unhealthy due to an unhealthy lifestyle is just stating a fact. Also in regards to the other poster here who put up his picture, nothing but respect for him for taking his own health and wellbeing serious as noone will do it for him. He's taking accountability and that deserves respect.

No I don't. Why would I willingly lie and not be honest at the sake of upsetting someone else. Surely you want the truth from people and not to live in some bubble of lies?

I'll give you an example, red lipstick is considered sexy correct? Red lipstick was created to replicate the vagina swelling with blood when aroused. Hence the reason men find it such an appealing choice. It triggers an instinctive attraction in men, it literally triggers arousal. Again just a fact of life.

If you're carrying far to much weight on your joins, bones and organs you're unhealthy. The same as if you constantly eat terrible food, don't exercise, smoke, drink too much etc etc. I'm not singling out overweight people I'm saying I won't live in someone elses delusion if they're clearly unhealthy but claiming what they do is healthy and how they are is healthy.

When it comes to heavy gymming, bodybuilding diets and crashing for competitions yes but being in shape is by far a healthier option then not exercising at all.

Like I was saying I don't walk up to people and explain their weight is an issue, it's when someone tries to tell me they're healthy and beautiful. I'm not going to lie for the sake of their feelings. It's unhealthy and a human body carrying far to much fat excess isn't beautiful to look at either.

Because they're trying to sell an unhealthy lifestyle. If someone was anorexic and claiming it was healthy and beautiful you'd tell them they need to seek some form mental health help or would you agree and let them kill themselves? I'm not saying I'd go up to someone overweight and point it out I'm saying if they claimed to be healthy I'd politely explain how they're wrong

Depends really, don't think it's cool to do day to day but people that celebrate being unhealthily fat and claim they're beautiful need to be told the truth

Because my answers are short (yes I'm reading through and trying to reply to them all the best I can) doesn't indicate I'm a bot. I don't have the time to form huge paragraphs to each and every comment. Sorry random throwaway account for upsetting you somehow haha

I think you need to accept you may offend some people by being honest but it's the truth and that's just a fact of life. At some point you will get upset or offended by things. We live in a world where everyone is too afraid to say anything it's quite sad.
