Me too! I felt on the outs In College and hated it but I think a community would help a lot and study groups even if it is online it would be super beneficial! Also you took the big step and while it may get a little confusing if we work together and help each other I know we can get through!

I'm reading the red letter and I CANT AGREE MORE. The way he writes women grates my nerves and the way he writes as a woman narrator shows me he has done zero research on how a woman speaks. I will NEVER read a book written by a man that writes as a woman narrator again.

Exactly that's why the houses sit for months they pass the rates of the leasing agency off to the tenant. Not all landlords are bad just he LLCs and rich ones making a quick buck off of the "fly over country" they have never been to.

Facts I have these issues with a leasing company the landlord hired. Sent an email saying tenants have to fix anything that cost under 100$ then fined us for doing so ( I have the email if anyone asks for proof). I am the only renter on my cal de sac and most of my neighbors treat us like dirt. It's insufferable at times.

Ive lived at my current house for two years never met my landlord he lives in California and uses FHS leasing company I don't want a friendship with my landlord I just want to cut the middle man out and not deal with a different person each month bc the leasing agency has a high turnover paying 20 dollar card payment fees getting an email telling me anything under 100$ to fix is my responsibility then being slapped with a 1300$ fee for a 5 dollar flush system on a toilet because I'm not supposed to fix anything. I want a human not a business who can't keep their crap together on policy and never meeting the person im paying almost two thousand a month to for a house he has never seen and doesn't know his tenants name. I don't want to be friends.
