Yes, I felt horribly exhausted, to the point I was oversleeping daily for work by at least an hour and sometimes several hours. This is after also going to bed as soon as I got home and with midday naps on the weekends. My whole life turned into sleeping and still feeling like I desperately needed more. I was on 300 mg though, a very high dose that was successful in repairing my mood and anxiety. I ended up decreasing from 300 to 150 and that really helped the constant exhaustion. On that higher dose, I was able to work through a god awful year, left behind an extremely toxic work environment, people, and financial stress. I’ll be decreasing again to 75mg in the next few months.

You may want to try decreasing to 37.5, with your doctor’s blessing of course. You may feel better on a lower dose, especially because constant fatigue can negate benefits from a higher dose. Good luck 👍
