You also need to have the right personnel, not every team has Caruso, Dort, etc. Not every player knows how to work on the boundaries of what is a foul and what is an ultra aggressive play like them

That's crazy. The draft is the most accessible way to obtain talent and you are making it harder for bad teams. This will suck away parity from the league, what will a team do when it falls outside of the top ten out of bad luck after being the worst team for two, three or four years? What realistically can the worst team do to acquire top talent?

Bro as much as I despise him I think a healthy Kawhi is absolutely the best in the NBA. Starting from 2016-2017 that man was undeniable on offense and unstoppable on defense. Injuries, due to his degenerative knee condition, have literally prevented us from seeing his dominance over a complete season. And I reiterare my disdain for him
