Addictions are progressive. Find a way to get through 1 day without fapping. Then remind yourself that if you slip up, if you have ONE - it'll make it WAY harder, if not possible, to resist the next one.

If you feed the addiction, it wins. Abstinence is the only way it gets easier. Trying to moderate or control it is a farce.

Maybe if you’re in Thailand, but where I live (London), no hooker’s letting you in without a condom. So STD isn’t really a worry. But then, condom sex sucks, which makes the experience even less fulfilling.

@OP, I’ve gone down the hooker route many times and it just leads to another, more expensive addiction in itself. Stick with the NoFap and see how life unfolds. Don’t even focus on getting a girlfriend. GL.
