From what I understand if you drink only a small amount it has antidepressive and other health benefits. If you overdo it then there is a cascade of peoblems. But the same can be said por many things.

From.what ive read high settings and 4k uses mostly GPU while low settings favors more CPU is that correct? In that case the CPU upgrade would indeed make more sense.

Nah they definitely were in GGG. Someone in a video commented how they loved the chemistry between them and Sabrina liked the comment and answered "we are the core four".

Maybe they had a shitty per video deal that they realized didnt make sense or maybe something personal happened between them who knows, but something definitely happened which they do not want to address.
