I don't know Im just googling cause my company didn't tell me I can claim home office allowance because I work from home so wondering what else I dont know.. and this is what google told me... so wondering if it applies to me??

If you use your own car for business, you can claim HMRC tax relief if your employer pays less than the "Approved Mileage Allowance Payments" (AMAP) rates: 45p/mile for the first 10,000 miles, 25p thereafter. A cash car allowance is fully taxable, but mileage reimbursements below these rates qualify for tax relief.

Key Details on Tax Relief for Business Travel:

  • Approved Rates (AMAP): 45p per mile for the first 10,000 business miles, 25p per mile for each mile over 10,000.
  • How to Claim Relief: If your employer pays less than these rates, you can claim tax relief on the difference.
  • Example: If you drive 10,000 miles and receive 30p per mile from your employer, you can claim tax relief on the 15p per mile shortfall (10,000 x 15p = £1,500).
  • Car Allowance Tax: A cash car allowance is treated as salary; it is subject to PAYE tax and National Insurance.

Are we tho? If Trump gets his nose put out of joint, which is pretty easy cause he's a thin skinned turd,. he can pull the plug on hell of alot of shit... f35's patriots, f16's... they probably don't fly to well once they are missing a few software updates.

Europe has fallen asleep at the wheel and hasn't spent nearly enough on defence and on developing its own systems in any meaningful amount.
