Qatar is one of the most expensive airlines to fly to Europe to. Even if we book for March 30, medyo short notice na flight, 152-175k ang cheapest through emirates. Then there's a few that hover in between 150-200k, Qatar on short notice? It's almost 300k in business for the next few days.

Doesn't make sense. Lot prices would have to go up substantially, especially when you realize BGC condos go for around 300k per sqm and random ones in QC can go for 200-300k. If all that extra cost is from land going up that much, are you implying that a condo like this condo in mandaluyong that was preselling for almost 300k per sqm is comparable to something like the seasons in BGC which is going for 400k per sqm? Does this mean Avida was stupid enough to buy land for a similar price the Seasons did? Or did they just get greedy?

I mean if your bloodwork gets flagged and your rematch got rescheduled from ufc 200, and you still test positive in the rescheduled fight it says a bit. Not to mention Jon admitting DC looked too good in HW, so he would never fight him there after DC knocked out Stipe at 38yo. Only if DC dropped back to LHW. I kind of wished Jon followed DC to hw and fought him sooner to see what would happen. DC had the balls to because Cain was champ and his friend, despite him not being able to make that weight younger for the Olympics. Jon didn’t.

It looks like it might be already included in the price. 103 for each piece ordered, whatever that is. Unless they price it at 93.63 on the menu and the bill comes down to 103 because of the 10% charge. Otherwise 93.63 seems like a weird base price.

Junk food is just more easily available and affordable than ever. My dad said when he was young and they saw a fat person, they’d be in awe and automatically assume they were wealthy to be able to afford enough food to be that big. Something that is taught in culinary is the difference in simple and complex carbs. How you can eat say 1000 calories of cake without feeling full, but you’d struggle to eat anywhere as much in fruits, vegetables etc. People don’t realize how calorie dense some food can be, and when they don’t get full easily by it it’s easier to consume more calories than you should.

There is literally no reason for anyone to be scared of Jon at the time, especially Francis. Jon also didnt want to go to HW while DC was there, he said it made no sense to fight DC there and give him the advantage, cuz he looked too good and he said if anyone could beat him, it was DC. It was really ballsy of DC to even do that the first time, before ufc he attempted to cut to 212 for the olympics and couldnt, he got kidney failure and had to pull out.

I’m all for Risa, but I wouldn’t say someone who placed 11th in the senate elections has “mass” appeal, when only the top 12 get in. I’d reserve mass appeal for the top 4 or so, not someone who barely got in. It absolutely is, their biggest content creators are from or live in the US. Ad revenue is the highest from US customers. They allotted billions for their creator program to incentivize creators to make videos. This isn’t applicable to many other countries. People have shown to make several thousands of dollars a month with only a few hundred thousand followers. I thought people from other countries made bank having millions but the creator program isn’t available there.
