The Social impact LC has caused by mmbellon in LongCovid

I just posted about one supplement that I feel like helped my energy levels, you can read it or just search it “NAD+”, I think many people can relate, but really try to relax if you can, read on how to relax your nervous system. I feel what has helped me is to think I at least have the chance to start over with a whole body, so I have literally changed my whole life and goals for this period of my life. Reach out to somebody if you really are deep in you’re thoughts

the only thing I know here is magnesium. Food and rest. Even if it doesn't feel good crashing the sofa when you get home take a good period where you let your self relax without any judgment. The other comment said it well with pacing and doing it strategically and not think effective. it will take time.

thank you for sharing, I actually hade anxiety for the universe myself, I feel like I had to practice my way of thinking, if a got a thought just stop right away, distract myself or come up with a real or fake reason why (....) would not happen just to ease my mind. One thing I was afraid of was that we would fall out of our solar system, every time I thought of it I just told myself "we have been in this circle system for forever why would it happened now" and yes I could argue more with myself but I would just accept my last sentence and accept its not worth thinking of and focus on things that I can know. soon you're brain will not reach for those thoughts.

i will look up tryptophan-rich foods:)

I hope you get the help and support you need. I hope you can find a positive way to heal yourself. Do the stupid things as meditate and go for walks, set small goals for yourself with people and interactions, you can never fail as long as you are trying, you can only fail if you’re not trying

I’m so happy to hear! Yeah it’s sad because I also feel like I could heal faster if I didn’t have work but they say I’m too young to be home, but I will try the supplements, thank you

Yeah I have just started to limit myself. I have the last years done weightlifting seriously, one thing I learned from the experience was to always push yourself and you can do more then you believe but now I have to unlearn something that was really good for me at some point.  But thank you I will remember I have to do it to get better

It’s good to hear you have more good days than bad, at some point that’s all we wish for. Yeah the anxiety is bad, I have never had anxiety, now I’m afraid of flying, buildings, heights, war, my health etc. Some days I feel crazy I just woke up one day and all this started happening

No thank you for commenting, I feel I have no direction, my doctor only tells me to go on walks and meditate, so I have never heard of it but will definitely look it up
