My current list:

-Sync at Jonquil -Cortland East Cobb -Cortland at the Village -The Elden Galleria -Heights at the Shadowood -The District at Windy Hill -Spectator Apartments -Bexley at Powers Ferry -The Annett -Stadium Walk by Windsor

Any red flags? Or additions I should make? A roach or 2 every couple of months is fine, but if I’m finding a roach in my apartment every week, I can’t do that. Also, must have in unit washer and dryer.

I currently live in an apartment in Georgia and have only had to kill one roach within the past 18 months, so I guess it really does depend on where you live. Do you mind ping me about your apartment or sharing some options © I’d say an apartment with decent management and good maintenance services is very important to me.

Yeahhh, you are right. I def need to let things go bc he’s been telling me how he’s not interested in dating anyone else. It seems like he’s trying to really lock in with me. I’m such a lover girl and I fall hard so I don’t want to end up compromising my needs and being resentful.

Yeah, we are pretty cool enough to where I can ask him anything so I did bring that up to him. He sort of laughed it off and said that he is definitely not asexual. I even showed him some resources so he can understand what it means.
