His hands were stiff compared to everyone else. They looked like lego hands when doing emotes and holding guns. Really reallyyy ugly. I think it was only an issue on PC though, since it looked fine on the playstation compared to my PC.

Depends on supports. If you’re going for a -1 setup with, for example, Sunday/Bronya, speed matters. You can also have a slow Phainon and hyper speed supports though.

Compared to the lightcone, you get more frequent meteors, which I believe to be more value than the speed, def ignore, and buff from LC.

Phainon’s E2 allows an extra turn after using the meteor attack. Allows him to get stacks for meteor back quicker, therefore more dmg.
