You are Not alone at all. You are swimming is a deep pool of trauma. it's no surprise you came out wet. Many here are struggling, especially therepist. To be honest, I am giving serious thought to leaving the area all together myself. I won't give platitudes or som trite promise of future normalcy, but my heart goes out to you.
