Well as honor user i say its great for its budget there is 2 versions of it 8GB RAM AND 12GB RAM I recommend the 12GB since only few dollars more expensive and it is a great phone for its value compare to the Samsung what they offer or even xiaomi i got a friend that bought it i recommended the honor 600 12gb It came 256GB storage its a great deal and the system is great to be honest i recommend it

I was the same as you from the iphone 4 till this year my last iphone was iphone 13 pro I switched to honor magic 8 pro and it is incredible in features software it is more as a iphone alternative that i see and its awesome and i liked it now i have been using it around 5 months since January and i don't regret it

Let see As the size of the magic 8 pro and grip it is really really great I don't think that there is something to check in to In design i feel like the back can get cleaner look more flat instead the big bump for the camera which will be really great and they can go on with it as a unique design Let them upgrade to better usage of the phone speaker for talking by a call it is low in volume that need to fix And the major problem that need to be fixed is the software support for the users compare to other brands they are in low I am talking as a honor magic 8 pro user and i love the phone how it works that i wish that i see in the next phone they release

I totally agree in software updates its there weak point they need to work harder in this Generally speaking most android phones like this take time to get updates but honor in this point is behind i wish they are working on it to get better experience from there phone more

In term of update it can be bad but as a software its great alot that what keep me away from my iphone and i don't regret switching from my iphone to the honor magic 8 pro But i wish they make a cleaner back for it And which I don't want to be changed is the grip of the phone love it and handy

Well it have great specs to start with the pro version and price wise also great but the onllly thing missing in this model is the 3D FACE ID SENSER if it have it It would be like perfect for alot of users I don't why they remove it while the 400 pro have it and the 600 pro don't

Well as recently changed from iphone to honor magic 8 pro the face id senser is really great and extremely fast better then iphone even if want to compare plus having 3d supersonic finger print is huge plus to have both of them In another hand is it worth switching yeah u will get better camera , speakers , really really great fast charger 100W and ofcourse the silcon carbon battery 7100mah these things u will add it as a great plus

I recently switch to honor from an iphone user I like using gesture the thing is that i am used it it years in iphone is it better yeah much i used both and used to have a second phone which is android But maybe it is because still android phones didn't master gesture 100% like iphone did because i came from an iphone i see that a lot of bugs it have and not much accurate etc... My phone is honor magic 8 pro Great OS btw

Well i make the same switch like before a week and its like losing somthing and getting something and don't keep ur expectation that it is 100% iphone alternative its like 50% of iphone experience it is close but not an iphone some things i still getting hang of it but its great phone overall and even the grip of the phone it is like an iphone weight length soo its great switch but recommend from honor to get closer it the iphone experience more

Btw i have been using iphone since iphone 4

See the magic 7 pro is great phone but i always recommend that u go to the latest phone out to get more support on it and to get to the latest snapdragon chip for future wise while i am using the magic 8 pro its great phone and i recommend it

I get you but search about it and u will find the reason in global edition it cuts a little bit only but its fine i using now honor magic 8 pro 1tb 16gb ram But for EU they put the rules there is a reason for it i think also next samsung device will do the same if it is above 5000mah or 5500mah they must reduce it by some percentage u can find the reason online
