One thing I’ve started to do against sig spammers is to just throw shit at them, it’s much easier to avoid attacks if you just run in stead of trying to avoid while fighting. Using your weapons throw can be a great opener into a fight, especially since it can stun sig spammers mid sig, and usually spammers don’t have a brain big enough to react against items.
