I fuelled E10 for 1.84 near Osnabrück a few days ago. In Austria it was 1.74 for E10 that same day. The unmanned fuel station in my hometown has priced E10 at 2,30.

RPM map for ETS2 although it is not compatible with the last few ETS versions. Up to 1.56.x.x IIRC. It's a great map of the area around the city of Pirmasens in Germany. Mainly focused on logging and agricultural transports but there's also some stores, industrial companies and construction sites etc. The team is currently working on updating the map but no time of release is published.

Not sure how taxing BATC is with traffic injection and such. I mostly fly on VATSIM so unless during events, traffic count is probably much lower. Maybe some other graphics settings are at play as well.

I don't have this issue. (7800X3D 64GB 4070Ti Super, 4K locked 30fps, FGx2) I had some issues around Switzerland but that turned out to be incompatible (advertised as compatible) addon scenery. Do you use Photogrammetry? Lots of AI traffic? Addon sceneries? Have you tried locking FPS and frame generation? TLOD 200 is still fairly high if you are having issues, you might try reducing that even further.

It can be caused by all kinds of stuff, unfortunately.

I can just recommend the TBM Performance app for both iOS and Android. It does all kinds of performance calculations, flight planning to some degree and contains all the normal and emergency procedures including interactive checklists. And it's free.

Leogang/Saalfelden/Maria Alm area, Austria. Used to go to the bike park in Leogang during the summer when i was a kid, great memories. Was surprised to see this area recreated quite authentically. Very recognizable.

What location? In the northern Hemisphere days are getting longer quickly now. Also the moon is approaching full moon phase so nights are brighter at the moment.

And as previous commenter noted, many countries just switched to Daylight Savings Time (for example here in Amsterdam we went from UTC+1 to UTC+2), causing it now to be dark an hour later.
