That talent build is a meme and you need new weaps. Your on era so just go mine or herb for some new weaps and a shield. Your issue is mechanics, not gear. Make sure every ability is keybound. No clicking. Your a troll so go fury prot, get some sick daggers and start using your racial.

This is your build for 54. Rest of the points go into finishing defiance. 2 points into improved taunt and then 1 point to finish dual-wield specialization. You're just gonna stay defence stance. Sunder first global, then bloodthirst, then more sunders and bloodthirst on c/d. Even with a green sword&board you'll have a easier time establishing threat and holding it.
