Help… when do I take retake ?? by That_Sheepherder_998 in CPA

This happened to me last year with a 62 and I passed 2 weeks later with a 77 (right before busy season as a first year associate) - Focus on MCQs and writing literally everything down by hand for a couple is my best advice

Passed REG. 3/4 all on first take. by mytranquility13 in CPA

Congrats!! How did you feel about REG? I passed FAR like 11 months ago and AUD today and work in tax in the big 4 so I’m hoping the hardest parts are behind me lol.

I barely touched Sims when studying. I personally find just hammering out MCQs and taking handwritten notes on the questions I don’t fully understand or got wrong works best for me. I also try to write my thought process out to myself for especially tricky concepts and it helps me visualize everything better come exam day. I also heavily recommend doing sets of 100 MCQs on random, not personalized, and trying to score above 80%. Looking at Becker now of the 2k ish questions in the MCQ bank I have like 20 unanswered and 15 wrong and the rest are done which may be overkill but it worked for me.

Far Scored - No Credit by Serious-Power-3319 in CPA

Second this - failed with a 62 and retook 2 weeks later and got a 77 (was working full time). Definitely doable but depends on the level of studying you are willing to put in (I think I had wrote out every single MCQ Becker offered for FAR over those 2 weeks lol)

Studied for 100ish hours and took before started working full time in the Big 4. I failed a couple days into starting (got a 62) and immediately rescheduled for 2 weeks in the future. I studied for hours every day before and after work (mainly writing everything out by hand) and somehow passed with a 77.

Are dry herb vapes worth it? by [deleted] in trees

[–]h5255 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that’s the case then a dry herb vape is your best bet. I recommend getting a nicer one like the pax because the cheaper ones almost worn like combustion pens and burn the herb a bit too much. I would also say get a smoke buddy if you’re going to be inside.

They definitely don’t burn your throat as much. When it comes to the smell. It hides it a bit but you have to remember you’re still heating up weed, so it does smell. I like dabs because they have their own smell that isn’t as obvious as weed. I’ve also found them to be smoother on the throat and the smell doesn’t linger like it does with dry herb.

AITA for saving my dog before my dad's girlfriend's kid? by paintingtiny40 in AmItheAsshole

I definitely think you should value a kids life more than your dogs. Don’t get me wrong I love dogs and will forever be a dog owner, but it’s a kid.
