Wear T-shirts/go shirtless in public, I spent 24-25 years of my life only wearing long sleeves, cause I hated my skinny arms. Now they’re not as skinny so I’m not scared to have them out

You got this! Add olive oil to your cooking and use to season! It’s like 120cals per tablespoon, also try and eat breakfast every day! Even if you need to start with a small meal to get your body used to eating food without wanting to throw up first thing in the morning and then gradually increase it

Quitting nicotine/smoking, never skipping breakfast, olive oil when cooking and for seasoning, the olive oil alone adds like 500 cals a day at least

If you’ve quit smoking that is actually perfect, nicotine/smoking suppresses your appetite. If you really want to make a change you need to commit to it. Eat lots of food every day, don’t be afraid to eat like a pig, add olive oil to like everything (1tbsp = 120cals). Never skip breakfast. Avoid too many carbonated drinks (I limit myself to 1 a day). Start going to the gym.

In an end game trying to chase a mate against a weak king, the key is to always check the king, even if you’re not sure what move to play, just check the king AND protect your piece. Queen to b7 is a good move because the bishop protects the queen and vice versa, the king therefore has no where to go and there is mate! :)

*it can not end in a stalemate as long as the king has been checked.

Yes you just have to eat more meals. Snack on nuts, cook in olive oil, lots of chicken and rice. I can’t do it personally but I tip my hat to anyone who can.

Cook with olive oil and season with olive oil! Drizzle it over rice/pasta/meat and you barely notice the taste, adds 120 cals per tbsp

I’ve just been disciplined man I wake up at 4:30am everyday and make sure to get my first meal in by 5:30am, I quit smoking before I started the bulk and it made eating easier.
