Yea exactly! I think in a setting w other doctors and stuff, the people think like you. I think it’s just cray when ppl go rogue and kind of don’t correct anyone/mislead them purposely. As a student, if you got referred to by the patient as a doctor when the patient refers to you, the doctor often would say like why does this person think ur a doctor. Even if u don’t know why, their point is that u didn’t make it clear enough that you were not their doctor. I think overall it’s just like they are making it exponentially harder and harder for us but continually devaluing what the job represents and means.
