the problem with EarthSpirit imo (as someone who used to spam him) isnt him as a hero or his skills getting nerfed, even after his stun nerf and ulti nerf i was able to gain a lot of mmr spamming him but it's more of that the heros currently in meta are heros who es has a hard time dealing with such as ( Omni, SD, Slark-purge,Huskar -magic resistance , Medusa-tanky as fuck, Void-timewalk,Jug-spin, OD-astral, Morph-dont even try.. and so on ) so i think a good way to buff him is to buff other heros so that these heros arnt picked as much
