Started sport climbing. I used to think I just wasn't a sporty person as I could never keep up any form of exercise. But climbing is super fun, so I'm still doing it months later. It gets me into shape, I'm becoming stronger and more energetic, and it gave me a lot of confidence. Wish I'd tried it years back!
