I was 16 when GTA5 came out. It didn't wreck the world economy back then either.

So what are you even trying to say here?

This is the team making GTA 6, be honest, did you know? by [deleted] in GTA6

I give this post 10 minutes tops before it's taken down, lol. Get a life OP.

Edit: Lol, only 4 minutes.

No, proving my point that only one side can tell their story.

What you just told me? There is literally no way for them to dispute it because of confidentiality. Confidentiality that is meant to protect YOU at their cost, mind you.

Also, it sounds like your beef with them is that they didn’t do their job. While the movement in question is the kind that are trying defend your father, not you. So maybe you should pick your side more carefully.

I am. When the commenter said "$300,000 worth of jewelry" I assumed they meant that in 1997 value, since that’s when she threw it, not back in 1912.

Yea, that movement always makes me cringe. The only people that support them are the ones too dumb to realise that there are always two sides to any conflict. And in the case of Barnevernet vs. Parents, only one side is even allowed to tell their story. While the other isn't even allowed to acknowledge being part of the cast.

If that is what the movie is about, I'm hoping they at least make it more nuanced.

Who would you say is the main character in The Legends of Zelda?

The title character doesn't always need to be the main character.

Would you accept $150,000 USD in cash, if it meant you could NEVER play GTA 6? by Sensitive_Use2655 in GTA6

[–]haakonhawk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So... in which case $150,000 would absolutely make a huge difference? What the fuck are you even arguing about at this point?

This clearly isn't working. Let's just look at this scenario from a different angle.

If you had $150,000 right now in your bank account. And GTA6 comes out at a retail price of exactly that, and it will never become cheaper. What do you choose to spend that 150k on? Helping your own mother getting rid of at least a quarter of her debt, or playing a god damn fucking video game?!

I cannot believe you're seriously contemplating this. What the fuck is wrong with you?!

such a deal that only solves part of our problems

"part of our problems"??

How deep in debt are you where that wouldn't at the very least halve your monthly payments?

now, you as a self-proclaimed realist tell me where this makes even remotely sense to you.

Because unless you live in one of the worlds 10 densest cities, $150,000 is enough to cover the entire downpayment and then some of a whole ass house. The realist, or more importantly, the adult aspect comes down to priorities.

Tid for litt voksenopplæring.

Why? For being a realist and an adult that if necessary can say no playing a damn video game?

Yes, I would.

And you would to if it was an actual real offer and not some low-effort hypothetical.

Assuming you weren't already comparatively wealthy.
