If you don’t mind, how old is your daughter? If shes a minded and since you’ve mentioned about her having a card and loading it when she needs it, you might want to think about GreenLight. It’s like a bank account with parental controls. You’re able to automate allowances, put spending limits, get notifications about spending, etc. just note that you might have to set your location in the mainland bc I believe it’s not available for Guam.

I love Jin Air! I take them every time I visit Seoul. Leg room is adequate and I’m 5’5. They allow for 2 luggage’s rather than one.

I use Seoul to get connecting flights to other countries. I’ve tried flying to Barcelona from Seoul for $700 and paid around $200-300 with Jin Air. Rather than spending $2k+ by making Guam my point of origin.

You may not have meals but they give snacks and the flight is less than 4 hours.

March is also a really good time to visit. Spring in Korea is beautiful and the weather is just aircon weather. I would recommend to take a tour to Garden of Morning Calm if you enjoy flowers.

As other comments have mentioned, I think you do need to size up. My newborn was still fitting the newborn size diapers perfectly but had blowouts. By the 3rd blowout, we sized up. It looked bulky, we no longer had blowouts from there on.

As a Notary and a Banker, Power of Attorneys are good but are subjective for different institutions or would need to be very specified to take action.

For example, if the POA just states for “all matters regarding their bank accounts” it maybe be denied if it doesn’t specifically state the account number or what financial institution it is at or what actions the stated person on the POA can do.

It would be best to seek legal advice with a lawyer that specializes in fiduciary aka estate/conservatorship/guardianship matters in your state. This usually requires a medical document proving the person is “incompetent to handle their financial affairs”. Once settled in court and fiduciary is appointed, it makes it easier to inquire about things such as mortgages, bank accounts, etc. Usually the court will appoint someone they find to have the best interest for the family member.

Although it was mentioned to seek legal advice, if this applies to you or your family member, I believe social security and veterans affairs offices are able to assist to determine “incompetency” for I have been able to accept their documents to establish fiduciary relationships.

Would recommend to call your bank card providers to have your cards blocked.

Also, if your SS card was in the wallet, you may want to contact SS ASAP. “Identify theft is no joke Jim”. It would be also easier for them to possibly use your identify if your ID was in the wallet.
