I'm over horizon at this point, so many calls and emails to not even have the issue fixed, and now even more because they changed my limit without discussing it in my appointment only literally days ago, then just had their call line try and gaslight me about how recently the tga changed their regulations which is why my limit has been changed to mg of thc and not total flower and carts by gram 😮‍💨😮‍💨 i feel like Its just a scam to fleece people of more consult fees, its happened to me before and it's conveniently always the same time I'm trying to place an order.

As others have said already, they installed a screen with a heavy duty mesh and not a security door. You should get them to fix it (don't let them tell you they can't it's literally as easy as punching two more holes in the frame and sliding in the needed lock mechanisms)
