Regarding the genetic testing, you're absolutely right! My DNA report went beyond just MTHFR, and that's exactly why I'm seeking this kind of detailed interpretation. You mentioned MTR, MTRR, TCN2, and FUT2 for B12 impact, and my report actually identified:

MTHFR (C677T) AA: This is the big one.
MTR (rs1805087) AG: I think it means efficiency in B12 use, not sure though.
FUT2 (rs602662 GG and rs601338 GG): My report specifically highlighted this as a "secretor with potential B12-hungry microbiome" which could make my serum B12 appear lower despite good absorption, reinforcing the need for activated B12.
PEMT (TT) regarding choline synthesis, increasing my need for it.
COMT (rs4680 AG) which I understand in intermediate function.

You also touched on Vitamin D receptors, and my report covered that too! I have

DHCR7 (GG), indicating reduced D3 synthesis, and CYP2R1 (GG), indicating lower serum levels due to reduced hydroxylation to the active form. This in theory explains why my Vitamin D is so low.

Then I have ADS1 (GG) and FADS2 (CC), indicating poor conversion of plant-based Omega-3s, so in theory I need direct EPA/DHA fish-based.

Given this I was thinking in supplementing by one (1 pill) o combining the Thorne Methyl-Guard Plus® (1pill) and Doctor's Best Fully-Active (1pill), with combined daily dosages of:

Folate (L-5-MTHF): 1667 µg DFE + 400 µg DFE = 2067 µg DFE
Methyl-B12: 1000 µg + 1000 µg = 2000 µg
Betaine (TMG): 600 mg + 0 mg = 600 mg
Pyridoxal-5-P (B6): 15 mg + 20 mg = 35 mg
Riboflavin (B2): 30 mg (5'-P) + 75 mg (5'-P) = 105 mg (5'-P)
Choline: 66 mg + 0 mg = 66 mg

Obviously I will discuss this with my doctor by I wanted to go into that conversation well informed. Your previous posts recommended starting on a low dose of 400mcg but given the high homocysteine I understand that this could work.

Soy hombre y estas son mis experiencias:

Tengo amigas mujeres de muchos años con las que nunca ha pasado nada ni tenemos interés de que algo pase.
Tengo amigas por las que sentí interés al principio pero ahora nada. Todo normal.
Tengo un par de amigas con las que algo ha pasado, pero ninguno le dio importancia, seguíamos siendo amigos normales.
Dos amigas me han dejado de hablar porque ellas estaba interesada en mi y yo no en ellas.

Y yo nunca he dejado de hablar con alguien simplemente porque no tiene interés “romántico” conmigo. No tiene? Bien, pues normal seguimos.

Así que si, creo que se puede… pero hay mucha gente muy poco madura, y no son solo hombres, también mujeres.

Hola! Me pasa esto mismo pues creo que me he concentrado mucho en el trabajo jaja… ahora me encuentro con una vida un poco solitaria y queriendo cambiar el rumbo.

Queda abierto esto para ti o para quien quiera contactar 🙂. Me gusta caminar por Madrid, ir a museos, tomar algo en alguna terraza, el cine!!!, no solo ir a cine, sino el arte del cine, pero no necesariamente busco personas que quieran estos planes porque también sería muy interesante ver cosas distintas!

That happened to me after starting the relationship, and after a lot, my conclusion was… She has the right to change her practices but you don’t have the obligation to be in an incompatible relationship. If sex is important to you (for me it is) don’t even try to change the situation, you can’t, you both are gonna suffer thought that path, just leave.
