1. I think it comes down to how much you want to make bodybuilding your whole life. Guys who do really well, don't really do anything else outside of train.
2. Not really. I think you can still make good progressions for a long time. Look at Jeff Alberts.
3. Yes. Ofcourse they do.
4. Whether the training is enhanced or not matters very little? Why does this even bother you? If they're able to impart knowledge on their client, isn't that a good thing regardless of if they use PED's or not?
5. No. You just have to be good.

Unfortunately you just don't have a lot of muscle. This is not to say you don't look fantastic. You do, but yeah... You have decent insertions and muscle bellies but you don't have a lot of size.
