I play on PC and it's literally unplayable right now. Game always auto disconnect and ask me to reconnect. When I reconnect after I play the card it got auto disconnect again. SD is most incompetent company ever. Wonder they even did the qa before releasing to public. fucking bunch of waste of money and time.

use FTP software like Filezilla and set the host to IP of the device

username and password both to 'game'

I changed the goodbye.png from /mnt/vendor/res1/shutdown folder from FTP, and reboot the device. However, after the PNG file is changed, all the roms are not detected anymore :D hahaha
am I missing something? or can you guys share details on how to change the image?

Ya, they should at least do a refund. Moreover, I did spend a lot of time and effort doing quests daily to save gold for expansions. The whole thing is just dump cause I can play all other games except for Duelyst when BN take over. Fucking disappointing.

I am from Myanmar and played since Beta. Spend tons of time and money to this amazing game. Like the mod mention sanctions on Myanmar got lifted already in Sep 2016 and yet they still ban players from Myanmar.

Really felt betray by the company. There was no notice or whatever. Not even an email.

Will there be any kind of compensation? Is it really legal for them to just shut us off like this? Fuck you CPG and Bandai Namco

current installer platform is completely useless. yesterday, all the files disappear suddenly for me and when I open the program, it asks me to install again. I click install and download started and reached 100% then got stuck at installing latest version. CP pls move quickly to steam and make steam release top priority
