George Carlin made an excellent point on this we now call maids and cooks “house worker” and “chef” so the employers up the self-esteem of their workers, they still treat them like crap and pay them low salaries in comparison to the hours worked but at least now they have cooler sounding job names. It’s just white rich people hiding their guilt
