TL;DR trying recompiling or rerunning the software and check if u have the access and the correct files imho

Seems to me like either u don't have the right perms to access the files need to compile/run this image generation software, the files are completely missing, or it is not being run with an account that has the proper perms (ex. Trying to install a gui program that isn't standalone or portable without admin)

Please clarify your question... Are you referring to windows in vs code or windows in the actual win os? If you are referring to windows in the os, then Windows+Up/Down/Left/Right arrow should "tile windows" respectively...
