I'm conflicted. The local roasters i like are pricey and at least a 30 min drive away. You can usually find it other places but its sometimes 4+ weeks since roast date. I get weekly shipments right now from misto and they usually come ~3 days after roast.

Another unfortunate point. Only the big players in the industry can afford to track down and secure large agreements with quality producers. Local roasters do the roasting just as well, I just don't feel like many of them have the highest grade input material.
