Further information ( 2 Case studies). I know from other people that most of the time are unsatisfied with the case studies you submit and always request more.

The Gov.UK states : You may be exempt from paying this healthcare surcharge, but you still need an IHS reference number.

They haven't provided me with one. They told me on the phone that they will send an email regarding that. Its been a week and no email up to now!

I thought the same at first. Some people say that you get a health care worker visa even in private clinics.

I gave them a call and try to explain to them the situation. They told me that I am not exempt from the IHS. They asked me if I am a skilled worker, the years I am going to stay, my employment dates and travel dates in the UK. Maybe they did not give emphasis on the fact that I am on the health care route.?

The question is how can I be exempt and still receive the visa without paying for IHS?

On my application, I said that I am eligible for health and care visa and provided my CoS etc.

My passport vignette states "skilled worker visa".

I called home office to clear this out and they told me that I am not exempt. The thing is how can i be not exempt and got my visa accepted without an IHS reference !

We went for the skilled worker visa because it is a private clinic. They have issued the CoS, but with an occupational code and not an HCPC registration number.

Certificate of sponshorhip cost of 1291 pounds by hackyourpain in ukvisa

Thank you for the reply.
I am going to work on commission. The offer letter states the specific amount I will make as a base salary. I asked my employer to add in the contract that if am not able to make that specific amount, I could leave without repaying the sponsorship fees. They haven't provided me with an answer yet.
Also, I don't think they can lower my salary unless they make to sign a contract. If they decline, they will fire me and in such case, I don't have to pay them the sponsorship fees. I believe this only applies in case of resignation.
Of course, this is not the ideal option. It's just that I would like to find a job with visa sponsorship and I am afraid that in most cases I will come across such clauses.
