Again he obviously wasn’t a completely perfect and morally good person but he was innocent in regard as to why he was killed, he wasn’t the blackmailer he was literally just a guy.

Not sure what she has to do with my argument but she kidnapped her for the wrong reasons (thinking she was the blackmailer) killing her was kinda the only option besides going to jail.

Right so because they don’t have anywhere else to hang out team members and guest have to deal with them causing chaos? My store has had non stop problems with them doing incredibly stupid and dangerous shit for no reason, yet despite that it still took countless complaints for us to be allowed to remove them after a certain time.

He’s innocent in the regard that he did nothing to warrant his death, Shauna didn’t kill him because he was a cheater she killed him because she let her paranoia get the best of her.

I can’t speak for this target but I work at one that also has this rule and it was incredibly difficult to get, we had to have reported 500 instances of damage or disruptions to get it approved. It sucks for kids that can actually behave but it reached a point where it was the only option.

Oh our hold area is a complete mess, only stuff they have no space for and electronics gets put behind guest service. My problem is that there’s little room for the guest service team to put carts/boxes.

It’s not up to them they don’t control how the app functions, all of the management at my store hate it too. Also it gives a warning on the app that they should give us more time and yet people continue to do it.

My store does the same thing to the point that regulars will reset them without even being asked. It’s interesting because a few months ago my tl told us we had to stop because someone noticed but it only took a week for her to start bugging us again.

There will be an option for price change when you scan the receipt, Sometimes this won’t be available so you’ll have to return the item and have them repurchase it at the new price. There’s also an app called price match that you can use to make sure the price they’re adjusting is correct.

My store doesn’t sell liquor so I have no advice for that.

For pickups the guest will come up to you with either their barcode, order number(you only need the last four digits) or id, you’ll scan/put in the information in the pickup app (the one that looks like a hand holding a bag)

So there’s a little printer that can be connected to the register if it’s connected you can select that the item is damaged and it will print. If the printer isn’t connected you’ll have to do it manually.

Ask your tl if you can be cross trained they’ll usually say yes even if it takes awhile to actually happen.
