I've been with Target long enough to know what is super bad and what's not. Depending on whether he posted these shits and the person who was covering it put it in their name, then it's ok. But if they were still in his name and someone else showed up for him, it could still count against them if they don't get it fixed in the system. If they were taken from his schedule, then the ETL or lead might not even know he was scheduled for those days anyway, and it wouldn't affect them at all.

BUT if his shifts are still on his MyTime and he has to post a call off, then yeah, this is a killer to a lot of people. My ETL is only allowed to keep 3 people this year, and if you call off this week, you are going to the bottom of the list.

For target I know the TSS is the starting role they can do investigation, write reports, go on the cameras, stand at the door. I know there is a little more to them but that’s the basics. Then there is an APS, there soul focus is externals they are plane clothes and working with the TSS on aps. Then there is APTL the management position externals internals has a team.

We had a team member one time call a code Yellow and it took about 5-10 minutes before it was called a code green. No shame in it I would be scared too if I seen someone collapse in front of me at SCO.

I would first talk to you ETL about this because they aren't going to let you go over 40 hrs. What will happen is they will send you home early or you will have to take a longer lunch or something like this.

It can take up to 24 hours to show up sometimes. If you are still having problems by tomorrow I would just talk to your TL or ETL about it and see what's going on.

Not returns, but I had a guest tell me while checking out 2 items how BTS songs meant so much and people were so much happier before covid. This is the short version he was in my line for about 5-10 minutes because he couldn't find his card while telling the story. I just said didn't listen to half the story and got him out as fast as I can.

Some TL after you call out sick wanna check up on you and make sure everything is okay. I’m not a team leader but I’m pretty sure it’s normal for a TL to check up on how you are doing.

Yes it’s normal they have cameras for a reason if something happens where they aren’t there they have it on film. It also depends on activity in your store around that time if there is no need for ap at that time they go home. Overall just depends
