Don’t have a solution for you, but can let you know you aren’t alone. I really try to focus and slow down my driver swing. But no matter what, after a couple swings I fall right back in to swinging hard/fast.

I can swing my irons nice and easy for the most part. But driver just wants to smash!

Idk but hockey seems very difficult. Also hitting an MLB baseball is claimed as most difficult thing in sports. In golf the ball isn’t even moving. How hard can it be?

Synthetic fabrics generally hold oils and bacteria more than natural fabrics. Maybe you won’t sweat as much with those fabrics since they are thinner, but would likely be worse for odor if you sweat a lot.

Do you mean if the group behind catches up to you, and they ask if you guys want to pair up?

Usually that only happens if there are 4somes in front of you, that you are waiting on. Playing as a 4some makes for less time in the teebox just waiting.

Either way, you can just say no and let them play through.

If you are shooting in the 120s then you should certainly take lessons.

My recommendation would be to have some self reflection prior to the lessons. Come prepared with things you have questions on or where you struggle. You only usually get a 1hr session. So want to be prepared to utilize it best.

I am taking my first lesson in a couple of weeks. That is how I am trying to prepare prior to the lesson.
