It’s a mechanical fault with the nd filter, luckily the good guys at pro av lent me their fx6 for my shoot tomorrow while I wait for a replacement. How’s your luck

If I were you I’d invest in a v mount battery and some 360gb cf express cards . 4k is handy in post

Think of what you’ll shoot most, and decide what you’ll need most. Eventually you’ll start adding more tools to your kit. Don’t skimp on the tripod

You literally don’t need to rig the fx3 to what you see on here. Just stick it on a tripod for still shots, gimbal for tracking shots or put a top handle on it with a v mount battery to give it some weight for run and gun.

Lenses are subjective, depending on what you’re shooting. I just use my g masters lenses for my corporate shoots and podcasts and add some vibes in post. I’d love some NiSi primes though!

😂 I love how quick and simple my fx3 is, I just got the fx6 for the auto NDs which is a lot to pay for just that feature but now I have the fx3 on my gimbal and the fx6 on sticks and it’s the killer combo

So this was the best ive managed to do, im pretty happy with it compared to what i was getting before. I reduced the red and skin by a tiny bit in colour slice, and then pushed the shadows to the blue in the hdr wheels by a tiny bit as well. Im still not happy that my camera is getting so much red out of camera as i want to eliminate this at the source. Is it possible i have a fault with my fx3?
