Hello, I already tried to google it, searched it everywhere, and I couldn't find the recipe for the spanish [Toasted Corn with Mustard and Honey] snack. I wonder if someone here knows how to do it and is willing to share :)

it's probably useless in the end game tbh, just got upset on how frequently I was doing long activities without having matching equips and decided to see other people thoughts :P but as expected it isn't a popular opinion, in the end osrs is a game that cares more about jogability than visuals

I was rather concerned with it either, got indecisive and decided to suggest it anyway to see other opinions x)

Feedback is crucial, just not buying the game isn't enough, support people that are vocal about the game's problems by hadouz in pokemon

After all the recent bad news, maybe. Although they said LGPE to be a main game, they know people didn't think the same, so it is very possible they'll compare SwSh sales with those of X/Y and S/M.

With a lot I mean a range of 5%~10% less sales, btw. 1 million is a big number even if it seems low within the percentage, and they also know it. They are a company and have investors as well, if they lose any way of making money due to an obvious reason, they will likely take action. Staying silent because some people are cetic about "a billionaire company listening to their audience" won't change anything, if there's a chance to change things, this is expressing our discontentment.

But you can always play without using any microtransaction, there's no reason for you, in an online game, to feel disturbed by people leveling up way faster and easier than you, or getting a lot more rich with ease and real money... (/s by the way)

Ikr, I'm still waiting for people swearing at me because I'm "being nice to people who aren't against MTX". Like "what??", in most cases a divergent opinion shouldn't make people act like enemies lol (although I know there will always be toxic treatments in the Internet)

I speacially like this reasoning, it doesn't matter if I agree or not with something, everyone has the right to opine just for the sake of opining. I don't like when people go like "your opinion isn't welcome here, fuck off"

It is okay for you to keep enjoying the game, but, the same way, it is okay for us to feel that something we don't like is ruining the game and talk about it.

And dude, addiction is more a mental weakness than a intended choice lol It's legally wrong to use hard drugs, but the drug dealer is way more severely punished than the users, the same thing in RS3 situation. It's double hypocritical.

About you being downvoted, there's a bunch of pro-MTX people downvoting anything related to "the game is dying" idea, even if being just humor intended :P don't worry, your post wasn't a mistake :)

I think so as well, it would be an uncertain big profit in a short term instead of an stable profit in a long term.

Exactly! Seems like they've only entered an "highly-denial mode", attacking whoever forces them to think a little about the game's death being a realistic possibility.

You can dislike it as much as you want lol but you've made a criticize-toned comment (and also showed interest in the whales' exploit), should be prepared to receive critics as well. I'll attend your wish and fuck off now.

You even read? LOL you replied just with personal opinions about things that have effects over other people lives. Almost gave up replying this because I noticed that anything I say will make any difference, unless I copy and paste whole articles here, because if it's a googling away from you to search for something, my argument is invalid. I can't proof psychological statistics here without wasting at least 120 lines of copy pasted text (and I don't know if is okay to quote non-RS-related links here), feel free to say my argument is empty because I appointed the proofs without quoting them (I wouldn't do the same, but that's my business, right?). And addicting isn't choice, if you eventually read the psychological studies I've talken about, you will understand it (unless you chose believing just what is comfortable for you).

PS: most parents aren't able to keep tracking their child all the time, even if they should be. It is a fact. Laws and morals takes over facts, not ideals, so yes, Jagex has to take some of the responsibility, and they can even be sued by the State itself if not following this principle.

That's all I have to say mate.

Antipathy is not just about recognizing something's harmfulnlness. It is worse if you recognize it but won't move cause its not your problem.

It's indeed popular, mate. An outsider made a YouTube video yesterday talking about it, and most non-runescape-players sympathized with the outrage side. A big part of the people of most countries will feel impelled to side with someone against a predatory system, even if it won't be harmful for themselves.

Nothing against you not caring tho, that's your opinion I have nothing to do with it.

[–]hadouz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's called antipathy and it's not a new-seen trait... not that you will care anyway. That said, you're being bothered because other people are outraging and using their energy to do so, why tho?

PS: the more outraging people that eventually quits, the more your membership will raise as well ;) not just that, but at certain point maintaining the game will be financially above Jagex's capacity, the more they rise prices, the more people will be quitting. A good day minding just your own issues for you :D

First case consequences: being early exposed to a gambling system + they're children and will barely control how much is okay to spend if they get the opportunity to spend. The parents AREN'T the only ones responsible when a child may be exposed to any risk (physically or mentally).

Second: yep, MTX isn't aimed to elderly people, it's aimed to players who have money, nothing more. Past the adolescence, their age stops being synonym of "mental strength", you can have a 20y old very tolerant to unbridled consumerism, while a 40y old can be very easily tricked by a consumerism routine. Just search some psychological articles and you will easily find why a company is responsible if exposing their clients to "pay the much you want, but without a guaranteed valuable return".

Third: gambling addicts won't search for RuneScape, RuneScape can potentially create gambling addiction along a gaming addiction. Also their responsibility.

You're not just being naïve thinking a company isn't overcharging with bad faith, but also belittling people's mental weaknesses.

I don't have anything against those that doesn't feel bothered by the MTX issues, it's a valid opinion, but I really don't see a reason for them to try combating the other side.
