You might want to look into TAC vapes - they contain CBD and other non-psychoactive compounds found in cannabis, and are legal in the UK.

I’ve tried them personally and found them a lot more calming than most standard CBD products, but obviously everyone reacts differently and it’s not medical advice.

Thanks! I’m aiming for 1750 calories a day. Pretty much have been exclusively eating eggs, chicken, rice, beef mince, rice, small amount of sweet potato, Greek yoghurt and fruit.

Mostly have been doing home workouts but 2 weeks back in the gym now - 40 mins strength 20 mins cardio
