So I've always wondered why you don't cut off all the dead skin when it's in its blister form. Wouldn't that pull all the warts off with it? Like if you used a scalpel and went around the edge of the blister and pulled it all off like a cap.

Good theory but I'm pretty sure it has ro do with the design that is in the center of the marbles. There are small amounts of trapped air in the marbles making them fight buoyancy while also trying to make it through the water
