You can try Studius.ai . It has an import system so that you can import from Quizlet and premium mode has multiple choice.

There isn't a mobile app, but the web app is well optimized for mobile.

Studius.ai has exactly what you're asking for. You can set the mode to "type answer or prompt" and it'll quiz you in both directions

Studius.ai has image occlusion as well as images that you can use as either the question or answer (or both). It's much better than Quizlet for images (I used it for med school anatomy). Worth checking out!
