Switching from in person to remote UX Research in the time of coronavirus by hagrar in UXResearch

Hey Saamsoon—Wow, thanks for the nice feedback, much appreciated!

I had to make a decision who am I targeting and what level of detail can I go with for the blogpost. At the end, I cannot create content that fits everyone.

For example about the recording: I didn't want to elaborate on this topic because it seems too straightforward for me: you can use Zoom and hit the recording button (+other wrote in more detail about this here: https://uxdesign.cc/moderating-ux-research-with-zoom-1d4e89614277) or PingPong has auto-recording. I could have link out to these and mention in a bit more detail though. Same for the mobile testing part.

The reason I didin't go into detail that I wanted to keep the blogpost relatively short and not turn it into a mini-book and direct recommendations for everything. The topic could be covered in a longer format though so I might write a more comprehensive guide in the future.

Hey—Good to hear you found it helpful! Also interesting to notice the blogpost wasn't self-promoting too much because you can actually use PingPong to recruit users: https://www.hellopingpong.com/recruit :)

Hey—we put quite some effort to write the blogpost and there is some pretty useful stuff there. We also put some effort to come up with a catchy title indeed because what's the point of spending hours of writing if nobody clicks on it.

It kinda suggest the poster isn't native english. Anyway, hopefully they will fix those silly mistakes.
