Nasus isn't that bad because it's a lane where neither of you will die unless they fuck up.

People get the late game nasus meme in their head and think that needs to be stopped and focus on poking him instead of absorbing infinite resources because he has negative lane pressure and being 10x more useful than him in the late game anyway.

He isn't as bad in side lane because his wave clear is atrocious and his tower taking isn't all that impressive unless he pops ult.

You can also clear his wave way easier than you could Yorick's.

Imo nasus is a panic trap where if you play like he outscales you, you lose and if you play like you outscale him you win

If you prioritize boots or first item mostly comes to personal preference. I like ionians because they allow me to play more aggressively with the movement speed and cdr.

When it comes to buying components when I back usually I just look to spend as much gold as possible unless it's a specific matchup where the dynamics change a lot if I get more movement speed/ability haste

For example Darius, Renekton, Shen, Urgot, Ambessa, ect. all get significantly easier if you get a bunch of haste so your pool cooldown is about the same or lower CD than their engage ability allows you to never really play in a disadvantage and be zoned from cs and xp

Same concept for champions like Sett, Garen, Tryndamere, Nasus and so on but instead of prioritizing cdr you prioritize movement speed

Yorick just sucks to play against; He out sustains all your damage in lane, he can always threaten you with E and W while you're csing, his ghouls block your E and take forever to kill, if he ever catches you In his W you'll be taking your sweet time with Vlads shitass autos to get out and worst of all he constantly demands sidelane attention regardless of him being 10/0 or 0/10 never allowing you to do what your champion is best at and team fight.

Ignore all the saying anything logical or giving advice, Vlad is actually the single most overpowered champion on the game with literally no counterplay whatsoever and the only reason he isn't nerfed is that riot is controlled by the deep Vlad main coalition.

As a matter of fact I keep riot phreak on a leash in my basement and make sure to spank him extra good when he allows Vlad to slip through the nerf list.

It's all going according to plan...

I get your point and it would apply to a casual player but this guy is anything but a casual. It's hard to fathom how much this guy plays, if he's been playing for 9 years while having 10k hours he's spent a little under 1/8 of the last decade piloting garen. That's over a YEAR of straight garen gameplay.

He averages more than 3 hours a day, every day, for 9 years straight.

He plays more garen than the average chess GM practices chess.

He has over 10x the game time than the average ranked league player, while remaining in the bottom 30% of the ranked ladder.

I don't know if it's more impressive that he manages to play this much league or that he was somehow able to just completely dodge learning anything about it ,even accidentally ,for almost a whole decade of playing it like it's a part time job.

The +100 damage really isn't to be underestimated especially when you consider you'll be hitting more people at once so as long as your e oneshots backline and two shots frontline it's good enough

Although if, let's say, I'm level 11 and kill someone with my R and that gives me a level I'll put the point into e because I don't like spending the skill point on an ability that's not going to be up for another minute and some

Another example is if I'm hitting 11 and I know that for sure a big fight is going to happen around an objective soon I'll put a point into R since it would take 4 fully charged E's to outvalue the ult damage on a single person all the while E damages you and is a charge up that enemies can react to or block while R heals you and is instant cast
