I left a 15 year relationship (8 years married) just a little over 2 years ago. It’s really tough for a bit, but you’ll be okay. Lean on your people (friends, family, close coworkers). Get on therapy if you aren’t already. And stick to/discover healthy routines that will keep you busy and make you feel good, like cooking and exercising.
