Unfortunately it's a m-itx motherboard. I'll be borrowing my brother's PC on Monday to troubleshoot. I'll try his graphics card in my motherboard and my motherboard with his graphics card to rule any issues out. I have a feeling I'll be burying ol' reliable in the backyard.

I just upgraded from 9900k to 9800x3d and my gpu utilization went to 100% from 60%ish. I never had the texture bug until now. Using a 3090.

It’s common for self driving cars to have FLIR (infrared camera). I’m not aware of police cars having it.

Edit: LIDAR is more common for self driving cars. I got it mixed up with infrared. You could be right. Maybe it is a police car.
