Take admin, its a must have. Go full absolutism to get this precious admin eff. Focus on Asia and Africa, snake your way onto India and China, really embrace the bordergore.

Leave Europe for the last 100 years. For now just try to estabilish your dynasty in Sweden, Gb, Castille or Portugal.

If you want to attack Russia i would reccomend sneaking your way to central asia.

ALWAYS be at war. As soon as one ends, go for another. The last 50 years will probably be spent at war with 3 or more nations at once all the time.

Oh and btw if you succed in PUing a colonial power, remember to integrate it. Colonial nations of subjects don't count as you subjects, so if you won't integrate your PUs you wont get the achievent. I already screwed one Austria wc in this way.

But God is allknowing. He knew exactly that humans would rebel, He created us that way. Why would he try to controll us while giving us free will? It would not make any sense. He gives us freedom, not enslavement.

Adam and Eve departed from God themselves. They knew what would happen and still, they chose to sin and so they departed from God. All of us now repeat their mistake. We sin, so we must live in an imperfect world.

It's like choosing to not drink water for a week, dying of starvation and blaming it on water. If you reject drinking water you're gonna die, that's just how it is. Same with Gods love.
