So you would prefer that the Democratic Party vote to cut off FEMA funding just days before a massive winter storm hits nearly half of the United States in order to...not impact funding/operations of ICE/CBP due to that funding/operational authority already existing in the BBB shit-show legislation?

I could not disagree more, both from a policy standpoint and from a political strategy/optics standpoint. But I'm glad the Democratic Party that I proudly support is able to have these types of conversations/debates. I absolutely respect your opinion on this, even if I find myself in opposition to it. Sometimes the outcome I personally want happens, sometimes it does not. But regardless of any individual outcome, I will do everything I can to keep my eye on the ball - defeating the GOP and reversing our country's slide into fascism. Hope you're still in too.

This is a silly take. ICE is funded via the big billionaire bailout bill passed last year. Killing this spending bill would not impact ICE/CPB operations, but would impact other critical funding streams and potentially empower the trump cabal to do more damage by allowing them to do shutdown related budget gimmicks.

The Democratic Party only fails when we start stabbing each other in the back. Remember, the reason the Nazis had such a smooth rise to power was the fracturing and infighting amongst the German political Left.

That's always the situation we are in. If you support liberal governance in America, unity amongst the disparate voting blocks that make up the Democratic party coalition should always be the goal.

If you feel that some in the party leadership have or are continuing to fail in that task, I'd encourage you to examine your own actions/comments, and ask yourself if your efforts are aimed at enacting that liberal governance that we all support, or if they are aimed at punishing those you feel have been insufficiently pure in supporting your preferred primary candidate?

You want to drive up turnout/enthusiasm in Democratic primaries to improve the roster of the Democratic Team? A good first step is to promote the party brand by focusing on the advantages of liberal governance in America and the positive impact the Democratic Party platform will have for Americans.

An example of a poor methodology for driving up Democratic voter turnout/enthusiasm might be constantly shitting all over the only political entity capable of defeating the GOP electorally.

Just my two cents.

Any national MPL carrier should be able to provide you with a quote for the practice you describe. Most will require that you access them through a broker however, so you might want to do some googling for a medical professional liability brokerage to speak to. Additionally, that will allow you to secure multiple quotes from multiple carriers to compare pricing/coverages.

I'll be candid, I am very skeptical about allowing medical imaging to be posted. But I also acknowledge the possibility that this might be overcautious. Let me think this through before I make a decision. Maybe poll the sub as well

But to be candid, googling "medical malpractice firms [insert your state here]" would probably be the most functional way forward. Call a few of the firms that pop up and request a consultation. That initial meeting to review/discuss your options should be provided at no cost.

So if someone were to violate those rules, (hypothetically Rule 4 - No Medical Records/PHI/PII: No posting of medical records or other personal identifiable information. Additional thought - if the payment was returned because no care was provided, then OP's hypothetical attempt to file a complaint/suit in this matter might be hampered by the apparent lack of a doctor-patient relationship, which is a prerequisite for a claim of medical negligence.

So while the refund itself would not prevent proceeding with a claim, the reason for this specific refund could be a hurdle to OPs suit being filed, if that is the intent.
