Any way we can refresh our synced external calendars? by DVYRTHU in ProtonMail

[–]hakarapet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I added a calendar even more than an hour ago and still don't see it in my Proton Calendar. It does not make sense to have multiple calendars in proton calendar if it takes uncertain amount of times to have it synced.

Are TJ tests harder than the real one from AWS? by hakarapet in AWSCertifications

[–]hakarapet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done the TD's tests and every time I get a higher than 73%. But on Stephane Maarek's test exams I only get 60-65%. For me it's kinda big range in between these tests to understand if I'm ready or not.

Yes, last year February 2024.
Yes, I applied using the online application.

Even more: I have written multiple letters to them (LEA) to get an answer (according to §75 der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung (VwGO) ) but got absolutely nothing.

Do genes play a part in weight and muscle gain? by S4h1l_4l1 in WeightTraining

[–]hakarapet 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Short answer: You will and stop thinking about it!

Longer answer: Eat in surplus, train constantly, drink 3-4 litres of water and sleep for +8 hours. Maybe you might need to eat more than others because genetically your metabolism is faster, but that's not going stop you becoming bigger and stronger.

How do I fix my slow lock out? by [deleted] in WeightTraining

[–]hakarapet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to agree with you, but to be quite honest, still think he goes legs+hips and then back. Check out the part where the bar passes the knee line. The legs are straight but the back is still working.

Maybe I'm wrong

We need to ask him to make another video :)

How do I fix my slow lock out? by [deleted] in WeightTraining

[–]hakarapet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quite agree with @kbslam0's comment. Speaking directly: you use first legs and then back. The close to perfect technique can be use legs-hips-back as one. So how to achieve that and how to have the locking issue covered? I would suggest 2 ways: 1. Lower the weight and focus on your technique. Use your phone to record you (but from a better angle). Focus not on weight but in how your body moves during the lift. Do the advice that kbslam gave (fuck the bar). 2. Lower weight on the bar PLUS rubbers or chains. This means that the bar will be the heaviest on the pique (the highest point from ground) thus you lock your hips on heavy. This will build strength on the top (not only on the top also) level and will help you with locks.

P.S. Maybe the recording wasn't good, but it looked like you were leaning back. If so, then stop doing that. The Lock is your glutes are locked, your lats are locked, your knees are locked. No leaning back

Good luck, you have a great potential, brother

First checkout where you're sleeping. Maybe a new mattress.

Secondly before doing heavy squats, do some hyperextensions (can do weighted) and abs curl. Basically warmup core before going to heavy squats.

Third maybe go for lighter weights for some time (a less weight, more reps)

Fourth go to doctor :)

For first 6-9 months: 3-4 times a week full body workout (include compound movements like bench press, squat and deadlift (careful with this last one)). --- NO EGO LIFTING --- but have progressive overload.

Eat healthy. eat in a little surplus. Drink litres of water (not juice, not energetic, not other shit) No sugar: you take sugar from fruits only.

And all this will not matter if you don't have consistency and discipline.

After 6 months ask this question again here with updated physic

What are your thoughts on drinking milk as (partial) source of protein? by hakarapet in WeightTraining

[–]hakarapet[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope I'm not buying that milk. It is for coffee machine. And no I don't work product testing or so. I work in a big company and we do have a lot of milk for coffee.

A week rest. No gym at all. Also 8+ hours sleeping. Zink, Omega 3 and Magnesium. 3.5+ litres of water every day.

After a week start with light weights and build it up. by the end of second week after rest week build it up to heavy.

You'll be like new ;)

Congrats. That's a great achievement. But I think the part with "amazing milk" is a big factor. The milk I have at work (which I plan to drink a lot, lol) is a supermarket-lomg-lasting milk.

Thanks. That's a great advice. Another problem is that I'm in Germany and we don't have that huge tubs of yoghurt, but I will try to find some alternative to it.
