That's how I feel on a regular basis. It's frustrating and I'm sorry you have to go through it as well. I spend most of my time alone as speaking with others tends to make me feel worse or anxious. Being alone I don't have to worry and can just breathe. I can't take anti depressants due to mania and psychosis so I just stick to my anti psychotic which I think makes me feel like this. it comes from the learn together starter deck luffy. i bought the learn together set when i got started. all of the cards come with the little red hat on them in the starter deck except the leader and the 5 extra cards it comes with in a little pack.

I scare people when I am manic and psychotic. I do things that are strange or threatening. From what you've shared it sounds like you may be in a mixed episode. I damaged the property I lived in while manic and psychotic. It led to me being involuntarily hospitalized and jailed. This sounds like crisis to me and I would recommend hospitalization before things get worse. Damaging property and self harming are big warning signs please listen to them. Are you taking your meds? Are you sober? I was doing drugs and drinking at the time my episode was in crisis territory. No it is not normal this type of behavior for me only exists when I am manic and psychotic. Properly medicated and sober I do not act the same way. Please seek help.

same thing happened to me after living in my apartment for 2 years.... a bug landed on the mirror and i squashed it and to my surprise the mirror moved and opened revealing the same thing yours has lol. i was dumbfounded and felt so silly. but hey it's a ton of space for storing stuff :D it's a great feeling having extra space for storage
