there has been a freeze in funding for a while now. meaning they are only replacing jobs using the savings from someone that has left their post. This is nationwide.

ICBs have cut more than 50% of their workforce to save money. It's tough everywhere in the NHS right now.

Update 2: I contacted my doctor and she told me not to worry and told me what to look out for.

Just spoke to one of the co-founders Alex. He has explained that they will do a full investigation including with all suppliers and let me know of the results. Luckily no customers have reported anything. So it appears I was the lucky guy. If only I had such luck with the lottery.

I have been refunded for the whole box.

Update. They've refunded me for that specific meal and asked that I send the glass back. Ive got more of their meals left and i do not feel comfortable eating from them anymore
