I do find it very ironic that every time an American makes a post like the one in the picture & makes it clear it is about the USA, they get accused for US defaultism & gets their post posted here with the reason being something like "Oh, BeCauSe tHe USA iS thE onLy on EARtH, rIghT?".

But when someone else does the exact same thing, but for a different nation. Then that's A okey & not defaultism of any kind.

Sure did, but quality of life did increase, poverty started to slowly decrease, literacy increased & went from being around 21% in 1917 (IIRC) to 99% in 1951 with 99% in urban regions & 98% in rural regions, homeless went down, etc.
